02How it works

Four steps. Only one is yours.

  1. 01

    You set up the automation

Pick the Story, the message and the button with its destination. It is ready before anyone replies.

  2. 02

    Someone replies to the Story

Any reply to the creator’s Story triggers the automation. No keywords.

  3. 03

    Botardo sends the DM

Your message arrives instantly by DM, from the creator’s account, with the button to your site.

  4. 04

    They visit your site

They tap the button and land on your page. You follow all the activity from Botardo.

05FAQ

Good to know.

What triggers a Botardo message?

Any reply to the Instagram Story you picked. No keyword needed: Botardo detects the reply and sends the message you configured, with its button and destination.

Can I coordinate several creators?

Yes. An organization brings together the creators in your campaigns: connections, Stories, automations and activity in one view.

How do accounts get connected?

Creators authorize the organization that invites them through a secure link generated by Botardo. If a connection needs renewing, it is flagged in the dashboard for your team to resolve.

How do I get started with Botardo?

Access is private. We coordinate onboarding with your team and set up the organization around how you operate.

Your creators already start conversations. Botardo handles the rest.
